I am running OpenRoads Designer 10.08.01.33.
When I create sheets and apply level overrides to the Default model, the level overrides are not honored in either the drawing model or the sheet model.
I can get the overrides to work if I navigate to the drawing model, right-click on the reference and select Presentation and toggle Level Overrides on. I would like level overrides to be turned on by default when I create sheets, do I update the Seed file or the DGNLIB to accomplish this?
Will it print correctly though?

Here is the "best" workflow for ORD 10.08.
Level Overrides will now show up all sheet and drawing models.

This would work, but I do not have access to this due to it being managed by my local DOT.
Hi Wes,
This may not help, but I know that this is all sorted in 10.10 with the new settings sync feature:

If you are using design scripts you have to set this variable in order to get level overrides to plot. MS_PLT_DESIGN_SCRIPT_SYMBOLOGY_AS_STORED=0
Who knows why Bentley did this.
