How do I add an additional sizes to a pvc water segment?
Default library only includes 4" and 6", I've figured out where to go in the case
of Storm Conduits, but it doesn't seem to be the case for other utilities?
Anybody have suggests?

For the case of utilities- other than Drainage and Sanitary (which can be stored here alternately)- the conduit sizes are only stored within the Feature Definition in the Drainage Features Annotations dgnlib. Navigate to the Conduit> WaterSegment. area, click the properties on the definition you desire, and click the Conduit Table ellipsis on the right. The Category Instances will then open up for modifications. You can alter these instances within your active dgn, but I suggest you makes changes within only the dgnlib such that any changes made will be universal.
