How to copy vertical alignment from one DGN to the other DGN in profile view. The vertical alignment is created in Civil 3d and need to copy in the profile view to calculate the earthwork quantity in openroads designer.

I believe there's 2 methods that keep the vertical geometry intact .
If you want to hold the station/offset, create a report using the verticalalginmenttoTIW.xsl. Then import using the Import Vertical from ASCII tool.
If you want to hold the distance along the alignment (not the station/offset), use the Modify > copy vertical tool.
