I am relatively familiar with annotation groups and annotation filters. What I am struggling with is setting up annotation filters to recognize and label my drainage and utilities within my roadway cross sections. Trying to avoid having to manually annotate these items. I've reviewed several videos about annotation groups for roadway cross sections, and videos pertaining to annotation of utilities and drainage. Cannot find anything about combining those two and annotating utilities/drainage within roadway cross sections. Does anyone have any additional info about how to achieve this?
Ethan,
If you are working in one of the 10.10 products, I think it should be as simple as identifying the point by Feature Definition under the location settings.
I am just getting into this myself, and don't believe there is any option to do this at a higher level, so it will require selecting all of the Feature Definitions individually in this manner.

This helps a ton. At least there is a way to set this up. Thank you!!
You are welcome, hope it works out for you.
Sounds like you've got this resolved, but FYI this Wiki might help:

I would be interested to know if you need similar functionality for annotating nodes? We've only implemented it for conduits.
I'm not Ethan, but I know that our DOT wants us to annotate drainage structures shown in cross sections, so that sort of functionality would be useful.
