Printing organizer not working

My print organizer gets stuck with a window saying "preparing to print" but nothing happens I left it overnight and still trying to print it used to work great I am only printing about 5 sheets of not heavy cadd. can anyone please help? I set up my project where if this doesn't work it's going to be a real nightmare printing manually.

    There can be many factors with unsuccessful printing (i.e. WorkSpace Configuration, Print Style Settings, Design Files themselves, etc.). I suggest that you submit a Service Ticket with Bentley Technical Support. They will have the time to review your configuration and Design Files for potential blockers.

  • I see a raster file in the image. These can really increase the processing time and size of output if the raster resolution is set to high. Try turning it way down and see if you can get some output and then turn it up only as much as needed to get a clear image. There is another post discussing this that is also current and has more information.
