I cannot get this file to save to dwg format. I've tried to save as, export, convert it to dgngraphics then save as, export. I've tried to downgrade the civil model to nothing, that crapped out as well. Any one got a clue how I'm supposed to do this. This file is literally just a survey dump from a csv and converting to use civil 3d for design.

Why not just open a blank DGN, reference in the model you want to export and export with Merge References turned on. In theory, it would export like normal CAD elements and not see any Civil info anyway.

One caveat I've found is that in your file tree structure, if you have special characters it will throw and error.

It looks like the Civil 3d 2022 Object Enabler is managing your DWG opening in Microstation/ORD.
What error do you get?
