OpenRoads Toolbar Button Size

Question

ORD 10.10.20.78 
 The OpenRoads based toolbars display with large bars and small buttons (see below) as compared to the Microstation based bars. The OpenRoads bars also don't change with the Setting>Preference tool size settings. 
 Where do I adjust the size settings?

I have had to change the DPI scaling for the application on certain machines to display toolbars correctly. Has been only on computers with high resolution screens/monitors. This to include surface pros. Could give this a try.
