  • I got this email explaining the fix...

    Hello everyone,

Our records indicate that you recently downloaded the 2021 R 2 (10.10.20.78) version of one or more of our OpenX Designer products (OpenSite Designer, OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer).

I wanted to let you know that we found an issue in this release where cross section annotation would annotate elements even though they were not visible due to clipping or display rules. This would result in users getting extra annotations that would have to be deleted by hand.

We felt this issue would affect enough users that we have fixed it and posted a new build of 2021 R 2 (10.10.21.04). We would encourage you to download and install this new build when you have time.

Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience.
