I'm gona look at it tomorow and see if it works.

It's only a local Worckspace I created to test and learn. So that I don't brake anything, when I start working on "real" workspaces.

You will need to edit the configuration files for your new workspace so that your variables point to the directories and files in the new workspace instead of the old.

Is your workspace located on a network, used by other coworkers? or is this something on your computer alone? If you've created a network workspace, you need to be careful editing variables, because your changes will affect everyone using it. If it is local, you won't mess anything up for anyone else. But you should still be careful, and research all your variables. Many variables use paths defined by other variables, and it can be very easy to edit something and create unexpected results.

There is an entire forum dedicated to workspace administration. While most of the posts do not address ORD specifically, the general information applies.

It seams to be designed to look at the originals...

How can I change that? I want it to look at the copies...

Is your workspace configuration defined to look at the copies, instead of the originals? Simply copying files does not make them automatically part of a workspace.

Oh I see, it loads the original Workspace (where it is copied from) and not one it is actually in...

Should it not automaticly change that?

In that case your workspace is most likely loading a different version of the .dgnlib file that you edited.

If you hover your mouse over one the text styles in the text styles dialog it will display the path to the source dgnlib file in the popup window.

You will also want to check the value of the MS_DGNLIBLIST_TEXTSTYLES variable in your workspace to verify the dgnlibs that are being loaded.

Its called "Common Text Styles Dimension Styles Metric.dgnlib"

Like I said its just a copy from the Standards Metric workspace.

It loads the textstyles that already existed in that file, just not the ones I added.

What is the name of your dgnlib that contains the text styles?

In the default configuration ORD will only load text styles from dgnlib files that contain "Text Styles" in the name.

MS_DGNLIBLIST_TEXTSTYLES < $(CIVIL_ORGANIZATION_STANDARDS)Dgnlib/Feature Definitions/*Text Styles*.dgnlib

Try adding "Text Styles" to the name of your dgnlib and see if that helps.
