I am trying to project profile to element but it shows broken profile, I tried profile by slope and range to element too but no difference in projected profile. Attached image is ready for your reference.
Could you please share your file including all the references on the following link so that I can take a look at it.

Can you share a screenshot of the horizontal alignments, with the primary and projected alignments labeled?
The problem you show can happen with curves that intersect themselves (think loop ramps) or areas of the primary alignment where the normals don't intersect the projected alignment.
I don't see where either of my previously mentioned conditions appear to apply. Is there an equation in the primary alignment?
I notice that the stationing in this plan view does not match the stationing in the profile (for instance the SC point in the plan is 107+132 but in the profile it appears to be ???+?26). The curve and tangent lengths look about the same. These two pictures cover the same area, right?
