How do you add a north arrow to a plan sheet?

Basically, we have 02 method to do this,

1. Attach "North Arrow cell" in drawing (correct with scale) and refer drawing to sheet.

2. Add directly "North Arrow cell" in sheet, but remember rotate it to correct direction.

I often use method no. 2.
