Thanks Abhilash - There was an issue with the active profiles in the geometry file. I re-established the active profiles and that solved the issue.

Thanks Matt - I went into the geometry file, removed the active profiles, and re-established them. When I opened the model file, the models reprocessed and appeared. I am not sure what the issue was, but that worked.

While creating the corridor model have you created template drop as well.
Can you please confirm if you have selected the the template drop, Start and End station, Drop Interval etc.

If you have just created the corridor and not applied the template, in that case please select the "New Template Drop" tool and create the corridor model.

Ensure that the profile is set active in your geometry file. And ensure that you have an active terrain in your corridor file. To me, when the corridor is appearing with no content, one of these would likely be the issue.

Sounds like you've done everything right from a workflow standpoint. When the corridor is created when "the geometry is in the corridor model file", are you recreating the geometry? Importing it from another file? or maybe merging files? In other words, how is the geometry getting into the corridor model file?
Another thought, any chance the "referenced geometry" was created in an earlier version of the software and not directly opened in your current version (ORD 2021 R1)? That could be an issue, just remember, once it's opened in a newer version it can't go back to an older version.

Thanks for the response Joe. Yes, the corridor file was started with a 2D seed, the attached geometry was created from a 2D seed, and the corridor model was generated in the default 2D model. The issue appears to be with the referenced geometry. The corridor model is created when the geometry is in the corridor model file.

The workflow is the same in 2021 R1 as in earlier versions. Are you sure your Corridor DGN file started with a 2D seed? And that the Geometry is attached to the 2D model?
