Greetings,
My current project asks that I do not include the curve data on the alignment of the project so what I do is delete the curve data that appears and I am able to print it fine with no issues from that. The issue comes when I reload the same file; the curve data information reappears as if I hadn't deleted it. Is there a way around this? I want the stationing and the ticks to show, just not the curve data.
Thanks in advance,
Harvey.
You can open the Explorer within your alignment drawing and navigate to the centerline annotation group. From there you can remove the annotations you do not wish to have. Once this is done, remove annotation from your alignment then re-annotate. Hope this helps.
I cannot find my alignment under OpenRoads Standards/Standards. I referenced the alignment file into my design file, could that be why? I would like to keep them in the alignment file but remove the curve data for the work I am doing in the design file. Sorry, I should have clarified.
OK yea you must be in the alignment file to edit the annotation groups. In this case where you want to preserve the curve data in the alignment file, my solution will not work.
What version of ORD are you using? You should be able to delete the annotation without having it reappear but I know in earlier versions there was a bug with this.
If nothing else, you could always go to the Level Manager and turn off plotting for the curve data level so it won't appear on the printed sheets.
Currently on ORD v10.09.00.91 (2020 Release 3). I also unchecked the plot column where it corresponds to the curve data and I try to print and it still appears in my prints. :(
I would try either shutting off the plotting or turning the layer off where the annotation exists. If you are using the plan production effort this could be a nested reality in your sheets.

Okay so I have tried now turning off the plotting on the TextAlgnCurveData and it still prints somehow.
