What needs to be configured inorder for the default survey settings to be pointing to the right place. I am getting

Hi Aaron, the workspace configuration file (_Defaul Imperial standards.cfg) must point to the survey settings dgnlib-file: i.e.: 
 Then you can set up several settings in the Survey Settings [...].dgnlib:
