I changes my corridor from "design" and "final top mesh" and my overlay/striping sections disappeared. I am changing the corridor to create a terrain. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
See eastbound lane (right side of the centerline). The first screenshot is on final top mesh and the second one is on design.

Is the Overlay/Stripping built into you Template?

Yes, the overlay/stripping is built in my template and the cross section viewer shows it correctly.
My recommendation here would be to create your terrain model from the top mesh and then switch the corridor back to a design feature def. Switching it back to a design FD shouldn't have any effect on your newly created terrain model.
Confirm that the "Exclude From Top/Bottom Mesh" box is not checked on for the components that don't show in Top Mesh FD.
