Does anyone know how to keep the right click window from minimizing?

Question

Here is a picture of the problem.. 
 
 I would like to customize it to where it expands instead of having it show a scroll up and down arrow.. 
 
 to where it looks normally like this

Anyone ever had this problem before? it usually does that after awhile..while using the software

I may try to cleanup the files, *.xml or upf in the user preference folder "C:\Users\<>\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0_1\prefs\" to restore the interface.

An easy way to open the prefs folder is to type the $ % explorer $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS) into the key-in tool in OpenRoads: 
 communities.bentley.com/.../how-to-reset-user-preferences-and-delete-microstation-s-temporary-files 
 You may also try resetting OpenRoads to default (see the Option 2 in the following article): 
 communities.bentley.com/.../restore-microstation-to-factory-defaults
