The Filtered Points List option allow the selection of points from the template.

The cross section annotation Frame require annotation for different rows. Setting up all the points in one row and want to copy the same annotation to the rest of the rows. For some reason the example line is greyed out. How do we get the option to past. Is there another way to populate multiple lines.
As per the images I select all the point names and copy, go to the next frame and want to paste. The paste option is not available.

An then I thought if I do not stand on a ROW in the Manage Annotation dialog, go through all the templets and select all the required points. This will populate the rest of the rows automatically. This did not work. All I have now is a very long list of point names that I cannot get into the rest of the rows.
Do not try and copy and poste into the Expression column.
The only solution I could find.
1. Populate the frame annotation with one point.
2. Export to xml files.
3. Open in XML Editor.
4. Find point names and replace with all the points to be annotated.
5. Import into NEW annotation group.

That should work if you add the point name = expression before the point names. Point names on their own won't work.
