Create a Chain from CSV Point data

Yes, find or set your linking codes in a dgnlib or the file.  The red arrow location opens the linkcodes box.  Check your settings on how you put these in the csv to match the yellow circle.  A little trial and error and it should work.  After you set these you'll have to reimport the data, maybe a few times with the trial and error method.
