Hello,
Just recently I have been unable to open an existing conceptstation files. I have started getting the following message:
Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this are much appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi Marc,
Did you copy the dgndb file from one folder location to another? If so, you need to also copy the .journal file.
hth,
Simon
I have also run into this error. I did not move the dgndb file, but I also cannot find the .journal file to move along with it. Is there any other possible solution?
Hi Jon,A Service Request (SR) was filed by another user who started to get the problem last week. We were able to identify a fix for the Conceptstation code to bypass this error and we are working on a Priority Build for this issue. However, we still don't understand why the error started happening. We think that some OneDrive or IT Security policies are modifying the DgnDb file after the file is synched to the OneDrive cloud. In the meantime, you should still be able to use the product if your files aren't in a OneDrive folder. If you could please verify this and share your results here, that would be helpful.thanks,Simon
Hi Simon,
I was able to open the file as soon as I moved it from OneDrive to Projectwise.
Thank you for your response.
Jon

This file is OpenRoads, I would need OpenRail. Have you solved the issue on OpenRail ConceptStation as well? If so,
could you please share the version of OpenRail ConceptStation?
Thank you,
Regards.
Hi,We are working on making OpenRail Conceptstation 10.00.16.85 available for download. I will post back here with a link when available.Sorry for the delaySimon
