Can't open ConceptStation files, Error (0x10B)

Hello,

Just recently I have been unable to open an existing conceptstation files. I have started getting the following message:

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this are much appreciated.

  • Hi Jon,
    A Service Request (SR) was filed by another user who started to get the problem last week. We were able to identify a fix for the Conceptstation code to bypass this error and we are working on a Priority Build for this issue.

    However, we still don't understand why the error started happening. We think that some OneDrive or IT Security policies are modifying the DgnDb file after the file is synched to the OneDrive cloud.

    In the meantime, you should still be able to use the product if your files aren't in a OneDrive folder.
    If you could please verify this and share your results here, that would be helpful.
