Hello,
I've been using the print organizer to print my sheets and things were working fine for weeks.
I have multiple reference files that now have updated/new linework and the print organizer won't print the new linework but they do show up when I print them indivdually.
I have over 80 sheets and do not want to have to print them one at a time. Could someone please help?
Some info:
I'm using a project-specific workspace through ProjectWise.
I'm using OpenRoads Design CONNEC Edition - 2020 Release 3 Update 9 - Version 10.09.00.91
This is what my sheet model looks like:
This is what printing with CTRL P looks like:
and this is what printing from my Print Organizer looks like. It prints without the lines/shape from the above two photos circled in green:
It is possible that you are using a different PLTCFG for regular Print and Print Organizer. It is possible that there are certain settings defined for Print Organizer Print Styles that you wouldn't bother with when just printing. Pen table processing, "view" (display settings) - there are a few settings that can affect output. For example, I am partnered with a company that filters out construction elements through their Print Style, but that doesn't happen automatically.

How do I check those settings and fix them?
I have the same issue. Have you found the solution?
In Print Organizer: File -> Printer Setup
You'll be presented with a dialog that probably has a default plot or plot config file from your local drive.
Hit the ellipsis (...) at the end of the File Name: path to find & select the plot or plot config file in your project-specific workspace through ProjectWise.
Once selected, hit Open. Verify the file path is correct in the File Name path. Then hit OK.
Print Organizer will use that until you change it. I don't know if there is a config variable that can set this for all users without pathing it manually. There has to be.
I have yet to find a solution for this version of OpenRoads.
I've also tried pathing this manually. Does seem to work for a couple sheets but not for most of them.
