Hello,
On closing OpenRoads Designer and OpenRail Designer, I receive the dialog box asking me to Abort, Retry, or Ignore and that an exception log has been filed.
Exception caught in source file e:\builds\cif10102104\Source\Cif\src\managed\ui\tools\PrimitiveCommand\PrimitiveCommand.cs at method OnModelMotionInternal ================================================================================ Exception : The instance is not persisted. I checked Task Manager and the process OpenRoadsDesigner.exe never closes even if I select Abort in the dialog box. This happens no matter what file I choose to open. No customization has been done. I have done the typical restart machine, reinstall with Admin privileges, etc.
Any help is appreciated.
Windows 10
OpenRoads Designer 10.10.21.004
Update: After several attempts of going thru several client custom workspaces I could not repeat the issue on a test machine but the issue continued to occur on machines where an automated uninstall of 10.10 R1 and install of 10.10 R2 was performed. The issue did not happen on a few machines where I manually uninstalled 10.10 R1, deleted install directories and registry items, and then installed 10.10 R2. I also re-imaged a computer and installed 10.10 R2; the issue has not surfaced for a week on that particular machine. I am leaning toward some sort of .NET configuration issue on the computer or something did not get cleaned up properly after an automated uninstall.
