Please share useful experience for designing vertical profile in OpenRoads?

Question

Hi everybody, 
 
 Have a nice day, 
 I'm starter on OpenRoads, and I see it differing with other software I know in designing roads. 
 For designing vertical profile, I met some difficult issue such as: 
 1. I don't know the vertical distance between terrain and design line 
 2. In horizontal curve, I can not see the horizontal PI on vertical profile 
 ..... 
 
 Could you please share your experience or useful hint when designing vertical profile? 
 Such as: each step need to do, tips, ... which will help to accelerate design work.

Hi Parker 
 While designing vertical profile . You can use following tools to draw help / reference / construction lines . These line can be Project specific constraints 
 1) Civil Accudraw - This tools help you draw an offset from Surface 
 2) You can also create construction line by using offset tools . 
 This can be starting point to design vertical profile .
