How to get ditch profile elevation labels on profile grid

How do you get annotation groups to automate these ditch elevations?

 To get strip grades for ditch profiles (or any profile for that matter) you will need to generate a Feature Definition where the ditch grade is being defined (if not this file) that includes the strip grades. You should be able to make a copy of the proposed strip grade and more it to where you need for use in the ditch grade Feature Definition.
