  You have to use a combination of automatic 3D creation and linear 3D annotation. In yout annotation group you add slope and what I do is add an arrow as strat or finis terminator in my annotation group…

  Hi Aaron, Try the Create Transverse Alignment tool - it will create ruled geometry between alignments (both horizontally and vertically)
