Bench for terrain surface with large slope in fill area

Hi everyone,

I have a question related to make bench for terrain surface.

In fill area where having large slope (example: >=60%) of terrain surface, I want to create the bench as picture below with ratio 1:2.

Could you please help to guide me which efficient way to create the bench as my intention?

Is it possible to create it in template?
