This error message came up this morning. Any ideas or thoughts?

Opened a couple of 3d dgn files with no message. Opened a 2d dgn and getting this message now.

I'm getting the same message in drawings with Bing maps attached, I'm assuming it has to do with permissions for now but any tips would be very welcome. I also notice that while Bing Maps is attached and visible on the screen, it is not listed in the Raster Manager. Using MicroStation Update 17.

I would suggest you to display Bing Map, first please check if you have correct proxy server setting. Can you please try to access Bing map directly from web browser?
Secondly, assign a GCS to the active model and log into Connection Client.
For this error report, its caused by the wrong setting of the system proxy, you need to check off the “use setup script” if the url to script is invalid.
Please check the version number of MicroStation as it requires the latest integration to be logged into the Connection Client.

Hi, and thanks for the tip.
I no longer have the problem after moving office and now access the internet via a different server/provider. After a recent cyber attack, the admin of the network I was using made a number of changes to better secure their system, I believe the problem had it's source in these changes. Sorry that that is not a solution for everybody but it may give some insight into where to look.
