Anyone having issues with levels not sticking after you turn them on/off and save settings? I am trying to print plans and every time i go into the sheets the topo reverts along with any other layers i have turned off/on.
SOLVED - The reference file where the named boundary was created controls all the level settings in the sheets, so that is where it can be controlled in and it will stick in the sheets.

What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.
VERSION
See this blog that shows you how to obtain MicroStation's version number.

Are you using plain old MicroStation or some other product? 'topo' isn't a term we usually associate with MicroStation.

it is in open roads version 10
when i say topo i guess i just mean survey elements - it is just something that is referenced in my file

You might like to move your post to the OpenRoads Forum. You can move your post using the More=>Move button when editing your post.
There are a lot of possible settings that could be affecting this.
One of the first can be the design file setting REFLEVELOVERRIDES.
Look at your Attachment Settings. one of those is "Display Overrides". Always will allow you to change level display for this reference. Never will always resync your level display back to the base file.
If you have made changes to the level display of your reference in the sheet file, you have broken the reference control of level display. Changes made to level display in the reference will not carry over to the sheet.
Are these nested references or direct attachments?
Since this is a sheet drawing, it may be created with a Saved View reference, and that may need to be updated.
