Anyone having issues with levels not sticking after you turn them on/off and save settings? I am trying to print plans and every time i go into the sheets the topo reverts along with any other layers i have turned off/on.
override didn't work, the references are not nested either. I have been avoiding changing any level displays in the sheet. if i use "global freeze" it seems to fix it?
since you are trying to avoid changing the level in the sheets - I assume you are opening the referenced file and changing the levels there ? and then going back to the sheet - expecting to see these level changes ?

No i am turning levels off f the references within the drawing, which then revert as soon as i navigate to the sheet models and back
just to clarify - you have a master drawing that contains references and you are making changes to these references levels from the master drawing. You then have a sheet file with the master drawing attached as a reference and what you want is to see the level changes you made in the master drawing, in your sheet file - correct ?
When you go back to the master drawing from your sheet, are the level changes still there ?
In your sheet file, could you tell me what the "display overrides" is set to for the referenced master drawing ?
This is my drawing - with the referenced files. display overrides is greyed out. I am turning layers on and off with the level display in this view. I am using name boundaries which are creating the sheets. The only way I have figured out how to retain settings in the default view is to use global freeze.
this is what my sheet model looks like - with display overrides set to always
