Storm Data "User Defined IDF Table"

Question

If I define User Defined IDF Tables in the OpenRoads Storm Data dialog how can these be made available through the workspace. I imported my IDF files into my Drainage and Utilites.DGNLIB but that did not pass through to the workspace users. Is this a separate data file on my system or should it be a DGNLIB setup?

 Typically, the IDF Tables are defined within the Drainage and Utilities*.dgnlib and- if you are using a properly configured network setup- these files would be copied into a dgn whenever the user attempts to execute commands from the Drainage and Utilities workflow. The "User Defined IDF Tables" are just another component within the Drainage/ Utilities dgnlib.

Thanks, I just tested and the IDF tables do come in from the DGNLIB but it seems to only come in for new files when initiating the "Create Drainage and Utilities project". I can work with that.

This Wiki article - Sharing engineering libraries using ProjectWise - OpenFlows | Water Infrastructure Wiki - OpenFlows | Water Infrastructure - Bentley Communities - suggests the same approach that Mark has noted. 
 To address this fully, it looks like we will need new functionality to synchronise the libraries in a DGN with the DGNLib. 
 The "Update standards from dgnlib" tool in Project Explorer will update feature definitions, and their prototypes and catalogs from a DGNLib, but only for those feature definitions that exist in the DGN, so it's only a partial workaround. It doesn't consider storm data, because it isn't part of any feature definition.
