ORD v10.10.01.03 - Superelevation Diagam Sheets

I'd like to bump this question if it hasn't been answered, since I'm looking for the same thing. In addition, is there a way to change the vertical exaggeration of the banking diagram annotation? Ideally, we stack two "rows" of banking diagrams on a single plan sheet and the banking diagram lane lines are too squeezed together to be easily readable. Previously in InRoads we would display the superelevation below the profile and manually clip sheet boundaries, but at least there was a way to change the diagram height. My best bet right now in ORD is to display the banking as profile annotation so at least it spits out the lane lines, stations and cardinal points, then manually will have to scale vertically and rip and tear the profile grid stationing to reproduce the diagrams....But I have 20 miles of corridor so I'd prefer a cleaner solution.
