I'm working as a sub-consultant thru Project Wise that is setup by another firm. Every time I try to open one of their 'dgn' files, I get an error (see subject line) followed by a crash. The weird part is that when I switch to a completely different project that is hosted by our company thru Project Wise, I'm able to open all files without any errors. To make things interesting, the prime firm is also using the same exact version of Power Geopak but they aren't having this issue. I've already tried using Microsoft's Net Framework repair tool and it did not fix the issue. Only other way to get around the problem is to switch to Microstation.
