How do I get a Station Offset report using a DGN with survey points?

 Hello, 
 I am trying to get a report of the station/offsets of all the survey points we received in the field book file from the surveyor. How do we get a readout of these points?

Pick the features first using the element selection tool. As you know there are many ways to select elements. Then run the report tool. It will ask for the alignment, then ask use selected elements?
