Even when undoing a simple command like drawing a line, the program grinds to a halt and either crashes or takes an unusually long time to process. Does anyone else have this issue? The undo command is convenient and I've grown accustomed to using it, but should I avoid it altogether in ORD or is there some setting I am missing?
It's not just you...
This is one of many issues that collectively make this product a complete disaster.
I still don't understand why there isn't widespread outrage against ORD from DOTs, etc.
They have been sold a bill of goods.
I have actually not used the ORD Drainage and Utilities functions. I have this issue working solely with roadway, geometry, and even legacy simple drawing commands. The issue is more pronounced working in cross section drawing models as well. Very frustrating, I've lost a lot of time dealing with crashes and long processing resulting from this.
Yes, I see it. It is a pretty widespread problem among my circle of friends/clients/associates. Seems to me that it affects drainage and utilities more than roadway and geometry. Sorry, but I don't know the cause nor solution.
