I have created a corridor with a simple template.
When selecting different components from the 3D view, I don't always get the volume property in the civil quantities tab (see the images below for reference).
Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?

Can you ensure that this component has a depth (z value)?

Do you have any Template Display Rules that turns off the element along its length?

Yes I just checked, the component has a depth as you can see in the image below.
No I'm not using any Display Rules in my template.
