I am using ORD version 10.10.21.004, in Florida, with FDOT version 10.10.01.00
I am having an issue with civil labeler, where the leaders are not staying attached to my text labels when i move them. I have two text files, and I am only having the issue in one file (lets call it file 2). The two settings I am aware of to affect this are the association lock in the locks group, and the annotation association in the civil labeler dialog. The association lock being enabled half solves this problem, where the labels work as expected when they are snapped to elements, but a label that is not snapped to a point still works incorrectly as shown below (becomes detached when i try to move it). Annotation association in civil labeler doesn't seem to make a difference.
In file 1 (the working file), it seems neither of the two settings affect the labels, and they stay attached to their leaders whether they are snapped to something or not. The only difference between the two files I can think of is that file 1 predates our updating to 10.10, while file 2 was created last week.
