I am not sure if this is part of the configuration or a default setting but the annotation groups are making a local copy and not updating with changes to the library. Is there a way to not make local copies but have the annotation groups read from the dgnlib only?
This is working as designed in a similar manner to feature definitions, element templates, text styles and levels that get copied into the active file. This method also allows editing of the local resource. If you run the "Update Standards from Dgnlib" it will update the annotation group from the library:
Is there a way to disable the program from making copies that have to be updated? I would rather have the library dictate how things appear since I don't often need customization.
