Doing this research project for my work regarding ROW information.
Is the only work around for this exporting ORD to a .dwg file and then sharing that with ESRI products?
I've also never used OpenRoads Designer before (I have used OpenUtilities though) either, so I'm not sure if there is an easier way.

You can use Asset Manager to do this. If you use Asset Manager to apply attributes to your model data, you can use the "Export to Shapefile" function to do this,
