Problems with recent Windows Update

We are suddenly having trouble with many but not all ORD files.  It started after installing the windows update this week.

  • I uninstalled all the updates, but now I still have these windows updates shown in my update history (KB5015730 / KB5012170 / KB5016616), so maybe they are not being completely removed when I uninstall them. 
  • I attempted to run a fix on Openroads Designer CE 2021 Release 2 (10.10.21.4) but was not given a fix choice, just a change choice. 
  • I have logged out of connection client and logged back in.
  • I have restarted several times.

I was able to open one of the files on a different computer, but another would not open.  

As I am getting files opened, I am removing unneeded references and compressing the file, but that doesn't seem to improve the possibility of opening the file again.

The attached RDPG and RDM_Approaches_15077-15600_LT are two of the files I am having trouble opening.

Any thoughts on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.
