I want to use Civil Modeler to label (or annotate) pipes that have been placed using Open Roads Drainage and Utilities. When the pipe is long enough, I want to the label to run tangent to the pipe a set distance above the pipe. If the pipe is shorter than the label I will use freehand with a leader. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to set up Civil Modeler to place the label a set distance above pipe? Thanks
