My company is working on a large project (approximately 26 miles). We've broken the project up into nine segments. The start station for each segment begins at an even thousand. Segment 1 begins at 1000+00. Segment 2 begins at 2000+00

RE: Terrain shifting in profile

Without seeing the data its hard to guess but I would say that its related to either the software version or the method of geometry modification that was used. Either way, I would expect that if you did a test by creating a new alignment (just the first few elements would suffice) then the profile would display correctly. If that is the case then I would just weigh up whether its worth spending the time to investigate the first issue (perhaps there is a lot of other work already dependent on it?) or just continue with a new alignment.
