Is it possible to retrieve the difference between the active profile and active surface? I couldn't find a text favorite that can do this. Or is it possible to calculate it?
Our client likes to see it along the alignment and profile view.

RE: Difference annotation Active Profile - Active Surface

You can create a Civil Label to annotate a point to do this manually. You'll need to create a Text Favorite for the point that references the Delta between the point/surface elevation. Then use that Text Favorite to build your Civil Label. I recommend copying one of our delivered labels and modifying it to your needs. https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/57309/video-introduction-to-civil-labeler

It is easy to calculate the difference between MV (existing surface) and TOP (Active profile), but the client likes to see the coverage directly. And it is a good verification of the design.

RE: Difference annotation Active Profile - Active Surface

Hello,

I usually use a Frame Annotation in my annotation group for profile drawings to get the difference between the active profile and active surface.

You can take a look at the attached annotation group to have a better idea.

Regards,
