Good afternoon.
We have a new OpenRoads user, and following installation of OpenRoads Designer 2021 R2 (fresh install, no previous versions) they then edited _USTN_CUSTOM_CONFIGURATION in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.10\Configuration\ConfigurationSetup.cfg as below, so that they have access to the managed workspace on our server:
This is the same setting as I and other users have, but the managed workspace is not appearing in their workspace list.
Have I missed a setting somewhere that it isn't picking up the change?
Thanks,
Euan
With no changes it resolved itself
just wondering if you ever resolved this ?

try running the "slashes" the other way - also make sure that windows has the S: Drive mapped for that user.
You could run a debug on the user's workspace to see what is loading. This wiki shows how: (+) How to read a msdebug.txt debug file - OpenRoads | OpenSite Wiki - OpenRoads | OpenSite - Bentley Communities. You could compare it to another user's ORD that is loading the workspace to see what might be different.
When ORD is loaded are the Bentley delivered workspaces available to open or are there no options? Did you make sure they have access to the network?
