ORD adding random drainage structures when validating drainage system

We are putting together an existing model for an urban drainage system in OpenRoads Designer. When validating the system, OpenRoads seems to add mystery/phantom catch basins to the User Notifications list that can't be found anywhere else in the model. The screen shot below shows structures by the element label "CB-XXX" Which isn't a label we have been using for our other structures. We have previously had the same issue with mystery manholes but were able to resolve it using the Model Integrity Check tool. However, this time around our Model Integrity Check window is completely empty.

I've included screen shots below of the mentioned windows. Could someone shed some light on this or point me in the direction of some resources I can read up on?
