Hello,
Thank you in advance with your help.
I used complex by element to complex two lines into one line.
My issue that is a gap occurred when I move point of this line as picture below:
Please help to guide me how to fix this issue for the existing complex line? Actually, I have one center line with a lot of location like that.
I want to make connection for this existing complex line, similar with "persist snap" or something like that, as well as I don't want to re-draw it.
Thank you so much with your help.

Hello Tuan,
It looks like Complex By Element tool hasn't applied correctly to two lines.
May I request you to please share your dgn file so that I can test it at my end and provide you possible solution at the earliest ?

Hi Purva Lakde
Yes, I used simple line to create two lines.
I upload .dgn file for your checking here: 4073.Test.dgn
Thank you so much.

Thank you for sharing the dgn file.
I tried to remove the rules from your element ( Element Name: Complex Element: GeomBL4) so that I could reunite to single element by using complex by element tool. But I observed in Project Explorer two line elements Line:GeomBL and Line:GeomBL1 are being removed from project explorer which should not and still it shows single element instead of two break elements.
So for testing I created one my element by using Line between Points tool and used Complex by element tool to make a single element called “Complex Element: GeomBL6”.
When I removed rule from the element, I could able to see two break elements in Project Explorer and also I can successfully created single element by using complex by element tool.
I have recorded small video for you, below is the link to download the video.

It looks like something wrongly drawn the element or might be while connecting to single element the correct direction has not followed when using complex by element tool.
You are drawing second line by using "persist snap"
If you turn off "persist snap", the issue will be same my issue.
Tuan: if you want the 2nd line to be associated with the 1st line, you dont want to toggle off the "Persis Snap". This is the true definition of it: Persist snaps is an ability to snap an element to another element allowing the snapped (child) element to maintain its association to the parent element.
Yes, thank you. I understand.
However, if I forget to turn on persist snap or in case it loses persist snap, It means no way to solve this issue, is it right?
