Superelevation point constraints on the profile for Openroads designer

 Is there any way I can release point constraints on the superelevation profile?

You have to do it from the "Superelevation Editor" within the Superelevation DGN. Not from the "Superelevation View". In other words, the one you want looks like a dynamic model (like the profile dynamic model), not a view with the table attached below the super diagram. 
 A simple right-click on the point will show a context menu where you can release the constraints. Also keep in mind certain constraints can't be removed as they are dependent on another variable.
