Apparently there are still some users of our Ss10 Workspace that like using Civtools. We received an email from one of our consultants reporting that the application locks up when loaded. As part of our responce to theiremail, I tried to load and update our copy of the application and the results were the same as reported by our consultant.
The links to report issues for this tool are no longer functional.
Does anyone know if there is some way to setup Ss10 so that the application will load and function?
Chuck - I was able to reinstall the latest Bentley V8i Prerequisite Pack after a recent Windows 10 update (not sure which update broke CivTools), and CivTools appears to be working OK for me (not locking up)

Do you know if a reboot was required? On my Win11 PC, without a reboot it did not fix it.

You might need to roll back an update or two, and freeze updates once you get to a version that works again.Considering that SS10 wasn't certified for even Windows 10, I'm not surprised if Windows 11 updates are going to start causing problems. I hate the idea, but I'm not surprised.
