Looking for Some Advice on Why an ITL Horizontal Feature Constraint Would Stop Working?

Looking for some advice on my why Horizontal Feature Constraints within my corridor suddenly stopped working. ORD Version 2021 Rev1. This is happening to multiple Horizontal Offsets within my corridor file for objects such as Sawcut, Edge of Travel Lane & Edge of Shoulder/Pavement. Please let me know your thoughts on what else I might be missing?

I have made sure the following applied to my corridor:

• Feature is referenced as a part of my Corridor
• Feature Definition Matches the one Specified within the ITL
• Horizontal Feature Offset is set to 0 to ensure Left/Right do not matter and search is infinite in both directions

I have done the following to debug, none of which have worked:

• Deleted the Template Drop, Resync with Library and Repopulate Corridor Template Drop
• Removed and Added back in the lines to the Corridor References
• Turned the Horizontal Feature Constraints off in my ITL, resync, then turn the Horizontal Feature Constraints back on and resync.
• Grabbed a new Seed File and Tried a brand new Corridor Object.
