We switched to using PowerInRoads SS2 and PowerInRoads SS10. PIR SS2 is bundled with the older microstation that works.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BTW, I thought Bentley&amp;#39;s licensing was now that if you run MicroStation with InRoads on top you pay for an ORD Suite license + a MicroStation license, where running PowerInRoads is only the ORD suite license. While I can&amp;#39;t be sure that&amp;#39;s the problem, it could contribute to some of the weirdness you are seeing.&lt;/p&gt;
