I cannot change the design stage in my corridor, when I try my computer takes forever, I usually have to kill the computer.
Hi Paul, could you provide us with more details?
1. Are you opening the file from a local drive or from a network drive?2. If from a network one, can you check if the same problem will occur if you work on the file locally?3. Is this happening in a specific workspace or in every workspace?4. Do you have a lot of point controls in this file?5. Is there a change you can share with us your file?

Please keep in mind that questions in English should be posted in the dedicated forum:
OpenRoads/OpenSite Forum (English).
This will help not only us, but also you to get a proper answer. I am moving your post to the English language forum. :)
Best regards,
Klaudia
So I was able to change the design stage eventually, but the corridor is not updating, even when I change the template drop it does not update.
I am opening the file from my desk top. The only point controls are the supers, there is a super for the left and right side of the road.
I believe the rules are activated? Not sure if there is a true or false statement that is not letting it update?
How long is your corridor?
Jeremie it is 7.7 miles long, I was hoping to be able to change the design stage before I break the corridor into smaller segments.
That could be your problem. It is recommended to only run corridors of approximately 1 mile or so. Since ORD can utilize referenced corridors, there's not much drawback to breaking the thing up from the beginning. There is, as you've noticed a significant drawback to maintaining a very long corridor.
I'm not even certain you CAN break up a corridor once it's created. I see that sort of question posted often, but I don't recall that there is any good solution to it.
