All,
I am just getting started learning ORD. My workspace information from "out of the box" does not appear to exist. I have looked in folders recommended in the training videos, but I do not have the folders and files described. Is there a way to download this information for starting with ORD and using Bentley supplied workspaces.
The civil metric and civil imperial workspaces are installed by default. Chances are that you are not choosing one of those workspaces/ associated worksets when first entering the choose workspace/ choose workset area of the program. If no information truly exists in the folders- as you have stated- chances are that an administrator removed them from installation. A reinstall of the software should solve the issue.

Thank you Mark,
You are correct, I am starting out watching the tutorials by Bentley. They discuss the C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRopadsDesignerCE\Configuration to locate a workspace/workset. However, I do not see it in this location. But you are recommending to just use the software interface to locate a workspace if I understand. I assume I can also make my own as a project specific workspace by modifying and renaming out-of-the-box workspaces?
can you see the "programdata" folder ? sometimes this is hidden by default (windows not bentley does this).
